We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but due to internal training, there will be periods when the person in charge is unavailable, so we will be closing the Customer Center for the entire day. A closure means a temporary suspension of operations, and this measure is being taken to help us continue improving our service delivery system for customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.<\/p>\n<h2>Closure Period and Scope<\/h2>\n<p>The closure applies to the counter services at the momokuteki Customer Center. The center will be closed for the entire day on the following dates.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dates: Friday, February 27, 2026; Wednesday, March 18, 2026<\/li>\n<li>Hours: All day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Handling Inquiries During the Closure<\/h2>\n<p>We will respond to inquiries received during the closure period in order starting from the next business day. However, it may take several days before we can reply. We will do our best to handle requests as smoothly as possible, but during busy periods it may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n<h2>Request to Customers and Future Notice<\/h2>\n<p>We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
