At mumokuteki cafe KYOTO, we will begin serving our new summer-only menu item, “Refreshing Chilled Noodles with Fried Vegetables.” Sales will start on Saturday, July 4, 2026.
This vegan-friendly chilled noodle dish uses soy meat and rice flour noodles. It is easy to enjoy even in hot weather, and offers the delicious taste of vegetables along with a satisfyingly hearty bite.
